Go to Device Manager and locate the 'USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller' under 'Universal Serial Bus controllers' Right-click the 'USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller' and hit Uninstall. The problem is that, in Windows 10 Device Manager, my Bluetooth USB Host Controller (found in 'Other Devices') shows that no drivers are. The drivers from Bootcamp Support Software or that were working in Windows 8.1 no longer work, and I don't see any newer ones. I just upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 and everything seems to work fine except Bluetooth.
